Light a Candle
Bill McKee was born in Gray County Texas in 1933 to Bert and Juanita McKee. He was a beloved father, grandfather and friend.
He was business minded and spent his years farming, running a parts store, an rv park, and a landscaping business. He made many friends through his work. He will be remembered as a man with grand ideas and always willing to work. He will be missed deeply.
He is preceded in death by both his parents, his sister Margie Alford and great grandson Westley Griffin.
He is survived by his longtime partner Dorothy McKee of Mclean, his daughters Brenda Glass of Tom's River, NJ and Linda Weller and husband Dwain of Gruver.
Grandchildren - John Palmateer, Amber Weller (John), Aaron Weller (Bryn), Jeanie Griffin (William), Joel Palmateer (Elizabeth), and Jessica Gardner (Calvin).
He was blessed with many great grandchildren, Ridge, Cadance, Andre, Garrison, Emma, Jaidin, Hazel, Grayson, Sophie, Allissa, Griffin, Lillie, Grier, Joel Jr.
He is also survived by many friends and his wonderful church family.
Service details will be announced soon and will take place at the United Methodist Church in McLean, Tx.
